Just a snapshot of my work table right now. I love how colorful it is.

Neon Paint
More fluorescent ladies. I hate that I can't scan them, so just taking photos for now. I think it's the color setting when I scan them.. I'll look into it. BYE!

Fluorescent ladies
I started using these old dayglo watercolors I found from when I was a kid. They're really fun and I'm going to track down some new ones since these are all old and used up. It's so weird though, the scanner will not pick up the correct color, I'm in the process of screwing around with them in photo shop, but until then, my crappy ipad camera still captures the neon (kinda)!

I'm back! (kinda...)
Ahoy!
So, I haven't been painting/ drawing lately because my mother-in-law was in town. And while she was here, she taught me how to crochet, which is another reason why I haven't been painting or drawing.
Before she came, I did manage to get a couple of little things done. A note about these works: I was slightly tipsy. It's not uncommon for me to paint with a glass of wine at arms reach, but for these, I actually made a point of painting while under the influence. It was fun! Anyone who paints/ draws has done this before. I like the carelessness that drinking while creating gives me. You sort of just jump into it without getting hung up by the things that might inhibit you normally.
Nick pointed out that I'm in this one, can you find me?
They're kind of kooky. But who cares.
ALSO: I'm currently working on something that will be gobbling up my drawing time, but it's drawing too and might lead to something really good.. I'll keep ya posted! BYE!
